RETURNS

At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the return instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. We won't  pay the return shipping fees. All packages should be sent via a traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. REFUNDS

We are glad to tell you that if you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation, You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect on your account. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We aim to show the top quality to our customers, and if there is any question in quality, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return in no used state within 14 days of receipt.
•All items must be in new condition, cannot be worn, with all original packaging.
•All items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.
•Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back; and the reshipping fees will be charged.
•Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
•Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charged.

Remarks

A. Custom made orders can’t be exchanged and returned.

B. We only accept quality problems and mistake delivery for exchange.

C.Slightly color difference between different monitors, so if the color have slightly different will not be returned.

D.There will be slight fading in the first two cleanings of colored hair, which is a normal phenomenon and does not belong to the scope of after-sales return.

◆DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself Prior to Calling Us

CHANGE POLICY

At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the change instruction. But sorry for that we only accept quality problems and mistake delivery for changing. We have size chart and color guide on our website, we hope all the customers look it carefully before you place the order, sorry for those who choose the wrong color or the wrong size by yourself. Please contact us before you place the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will be very appreciated if you could contact sales@ygwigs.com or ygwigs@gmial.com for the details and the possibility at your earliest convenience if you want to do some changes. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

* Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

* Orders canceled after 24 hours, or after we have finished the producing, sorry to say that we will charge 40% of the cost of the wig as the material fee for which we had paid to the factory.

* Orders canceled after we have posted to you, sorry to say that we will charge 50% of the cost of the wig for the material fee and the postage.

TIPS

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
